About the role | Mō te tūranga:
We’re seeking an energetic and reliable Storeperson/Courier to join our Logistics Team in Dunedin. This is a dual-role position where you'll support both Inwards and Outwards Goods operations and work as a Medical Courier Driver.

The position follows a rotating fortnightly roster, with approximately 80 hours per fortnight dedicated to store responsibilities and 80 hours per fortnight assigned to courier duties. You’ll also be available for urgent pick-ups or to provide relief in either role when required.

• Store/Courier shifts: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Courier shifts: 10:30am – 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders for our Laboratory and Collection Centres.
• Receipting all inward goods in the inventory management system.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Deliver and pick-up urgent deliveries within Dunedin region as and when need basis.
• General warehouse duties including delivery of packages internally and externally as required.
• Scheduled rubbish bin waste exchange throughout the day.
• Replenishment of laboratory consumables throughout the day.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• A Full NZ class 1 license.
• A clean criminal and driving record.
• Good knowledge of Dunedin.
• Be physically fit and able.
• Attention to detail with good numeracy skills
• Good communication skills to interact with the team in Laboratory, Office and courier suppliers.
• Health & safety focused and takes pride in their presentation
• Respect for always ensuring patient confidentiality and in all matter.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
