    Job description

    Job purpose: The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing vehicle inventory across all branches and sales channels, overseeing VIN management, coordinating vehicle allocations for marketing activities, and monitoring vehicle shipments. The role supports the sales team in liquidating aged inventory, manages showroom display vehicles, ensures timely vehicle deliveries, and prepares inventory-related reports. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient inventory operations across the organization.

    Job responsibilities: 

    • Manage overall vehicle inventory and support all AACO branches and channels, including Nissan, Retail, Fleet, Dealer, and Re-Export operations.
    • Perform VIN management through daily sales reports and inventory tracking.
    • Allocate vehicles for special marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Follow up on new vehicle shipment clearance from the port and ensure timely processing.
    • Assist the sales team and management in liquidating aged stock.
    • Issue Internal Order Confirmations (IOC) for accessory fitments.
    • Order, allocate, and manage showroom display vehicles.
    • Monitor and expedite the movement of inactive stock in coordination with the Spare Parts and Service departments.
    • Coordinate with the PDI and Logistics teams to ensure urgent vehicle deliveries are completed on time.
    • Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
    • Follow up on invoiced vehicles that have not yet been delivered and coordinate with the Sales Executives (SEs) to resolve outstanding cases.
    • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
    • Maintain effective written and verbal communication while coordinating with internal stakeholders across the organization.

    Educational Qualification 

    • Bachelor's degree / Diploma / any relevant qualification

    Work Experience 

    • 5+ years’ experience in Inventory Management.

    Competencies 

    • Strong inventory management and coordination skills.
    • Good analytical and reporting abilities.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
