Cook Veterans Services, Valor Home Summit Shift Worker, Less Thank 20 Hours/Week $15.00/Hour Schedule: Determined on a case by case basis; Monday-Friday with Occasional weekends GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Manages a busy kitchen providing good quality meals for the Veteran’s therapeutic community. Works in collaboration with other cook and program staff to ensure quality, nutritious meals are served up to 30 veterans ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Plan menu and prepare food. 2. Orders and monitors supplies to ensure efficient operation. 3. Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements. 4. Other duties as assigned.
