National Services/Community Programs Coordinator National Services/Community-Based Programs Full Time
SCHEDULE:
40 hours/week, some evenings and weekends. $50,000/Year
SUMMARY:
The employee will assist the Community Programs Divisional Director in planning, organizing and implementing of a variety of projects related to the successful implementation of agency programming and services. Examples of projects include grant writing, procedure and policy writing, researching best practices, and fundraising. SUPERVISOR: Divisional Director, Community Based Programs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in building financial and in-kind support for National Services programming
- Preparation or assisting with grants and fundraising activities for community-based programming.
- Develop plans for success and completion of assigned projects, including maintaining a project timeframe, objectives and communications. Create and manage documentation and reports for all assigned projects.
- Research best practices to assist with development and review of program procedures.
- Responsible for planning aspects of staff training activities under the direction of supervisor.
- Support Directors in managing projects, as assigned by supervisor.
- Attend meetings on behalf of/or with the Divisional Director when requested, maintaining accurate minutes, records or reports related to meetings as appropriate.
- Attends agency staff meetings, and staff development activities.
- Comply with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.
