Assure tariffs, fees, commissions, promotions, settlements and revenue-sharing arrangements.
Monitor failed, duplicate, missing and incorrectly processed transactions.
Track material financial exceptions, suspense items,  and adjustments through root-cause analysis and resolution.

    3. Fraud Management
Develop, operate and continuously update MVola's fraud-risk-management framework.
Identify and mitigate customer, agent, merchant, employee and partner fraud.

Continuously optimize fraud detection while minimizing false positives and unnecessary customer friction.

    4. New RAFM System Implementation
Act as a key business owner/stakeholder in the implementation and operationalization of MVola's new RAFM platform.
    Responsibilities will include:
Ensure delivery of the minimum Group-mandated controls and adherence to RFP & Scope of Work Document
Define and prioritize (additional) local RAFM business and functional requirements.
Translate fraud typologies and revenue risks into automated controls and system use cases.
Identify required data sources and support integration across mobile money, core banking, GL, agents, merchants, lending, cards and other platforms.
Work closely with Technology, Data, Finance and the implementation partner throughout solution design and deployment.
Lead RAFM User Acceptance Testing and business acceptance.
Support configuration of fraud rules, reconciliation controls, alerts, workflows and dashboards.
Ensure appropriate migration, operational readiness, training and knowledge transfer.
Drive post-implementation optimization and ensure the RAFM team develops sufficient capability to operate and enhance the platform.
