This individual will oversee multiple task orders, provide strategic leadership to technical and program teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large federal health IT programs, leading enterprise cloud modernization initiatives, and delivering successful outcomes on NIH/HHS contract vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the successful execution of a large NCI IDIQ contract and multiple task orders.

    • Provide executive oversight of program performance, budgets, schedules, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction.

    • Serve as the primary liaison with NCI and other government stakeholders.

    • Lead cross-functional teams, including program managers, cloud architects, engineers, and technical staff.

    • Oversee enterprise cloud architecture, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives.

    • Ensure compliance with contract requirements while proactively managing program risks.

    • Support business development activities, including proposal efforts, task order responses, and contract growth.

    • Foster strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand support across the organization.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

    • 10–15 years of experience managing federal health IT programs.

    • Demonstrated experience managing at least one federal IDIQ contract vehicle, with oversight of multiple task orders.

    • Experience supporting NIH and/or HHS programs; experience supporting the National Cancer Institute (NCI) is highly desirable.
