Creative Manager

We are seeking a visionary Creative Manager with a deep working knowledge and a proven history of graphic design, web design, video production, and graphics experience to help lead and contribute to our creative team. This role, first and foremost, a demonstrated mastery of graphic design across all mediums and secondly, leadership skills to lead and nurture our creative team, ensuring the team continues to align with the Axxess mission and vision.

What you will do…

• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with Axxess' brand identity and business objectives. 
• Oversee and execute the creation of engaging visual and multimedia content across web, video, and graphic design. 
• Manage multiple creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, video producers, and digital creatives to produce exceptional work.
• Maintain and enhance Axxess' brand identity across all digital platforms and marketing materials. 
• Ensure brand consistency in design, messaging, and tone.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure creative solutions support overall company objectives. 
• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in web design, video production, and graphic design. 
• Help us introduce generative AI tools into our workflows to boost productivity and expand our creativity.
• Introduce innovative approaches to keep Axxess at the forefront of digital creativity.

What you bring…

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in design/creative direction role
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise
• Proven track record of leading and developing creative teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work from our Dallas office as this is not a remote role

If local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, this role requires a hybrid work schedule, including a minimum of three days per week in the office.
