Workplace Experience Specialist

As the Workplace Experience Specialist at Aypa Power, you'll own our workplace culture across our Austin, Salt Lake City, and Toronto offices. Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day-to-day Austin office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming environment;
• Provide remote oversight and support for satellite office operations;
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships;
• Manage mail and shipping needs for employees;
• Notarize documents as needed;
• Coordinate office maintenance and repairs/renovations/relocations as needed;
• Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Austin, Salt Lake City, Toronto offices, both internally and externally;
• Manage phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion;
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, documents, and records;
• Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating office orientation;
• Oversees office operations and independently resolves administrative challenges;
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting an office;
• Notary in the State of Texas or the ability to become one;
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized;
• Experience planning large events a plus;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Location:

Salary: $30/hr for 30-35 hours/week; potential to convert to full-time, but not guaranteed; Location: On-site (USA). Ability to work in the United States is a requirement. Preference is given to candidates located in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
