Deine zukünftige Rolle.

• Du stehst im telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontakt mit Kund*innen, sowie Lieferant*innen
• Du hast die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund*innen und Liefert*innen stets im Fokus
• Du pflegst Daten im CRM-System und übernimmst operative Aufgaben
• Du übernimmst administrative Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Reports und Auswertungen
• Du sorgst in deiner Position für die Einhaltung unserer Firmen- Richtlinien
• Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen
• Du unterstützt mit deinen Ansätzen die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HLW, …) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre​
• Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt​
• Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen​
• Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kund*innen- und serviceorientiert​
• Du hast eine selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch-  und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift​

Gehalt
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 2.375,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
