As an AdOps Specialist, your mission is to maximize client earnings by utilizing diverse tactics. As the analytical and tech-savvy partner for publishers, contribute with well-grounded improvement ideas, delving into partner understanding and optimizing setups based on data interpretation.
Key
responsibilities:
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring HTML, CSS, and JavaScript compatibility for ad functionalities.
- Delivering premium-quality ads.
- Verifying the accuracy of reported performance data to clients and promptly addressing and informing about any issues that arise.
- Implementing nuanced product adjustments in pricing, demand partners, targeting, features, and ad formats.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client performance.
- Analyzing and interpreting data for informed decision-making and comprehensive client reporting.
Qualifications for success:
- Basic/mid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge;
- Experience with Google products is an advantage but not essential - Google Analytics, Google AdSense, LookerStudio, Google Ad Manager;
- English proficiency (B2 and above).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and time management, together with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Self-driven attitude and strong desire to learn;
- Attention to detail
- Experience in customer service is considered a strong advantage;
- Willingness to engage in client calls.
