Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we believe great installers deserve great careers. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer – Piping to join our growing team in Riviera Beach. In this role, you'll install and assemble HVAC piping systems with a primary focus on refrigerant piping, along with chilled water and cooling tower piping.

What We Offer · $1,500 Sign-On Bonus · Competitive hourly pay · Weekly pay · Consistent, year-round work · Thriving customer base · Paid training and career development · Health, Dental & Vision Insurance · Paid Time Off (PTO) · Paid Holidays · 401(k) with Company Match · Tool Purchase Program · Strong company culture What a Typical Day Looks Like · Install HVAC piping systems, primarily refrigerant piping, along with chilled water and cooling tower piping. · Measure, cut, bend, braze, and assemble copper and PVC piping. · Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. · Pressure test piping systems and repair leaks as needed. · Install and connect HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handlers, pumps, condensers, and related equipment. · Work with project managers and other trades to complete projects safely and on schedule. · Maintain clean job sites and follow all company safety standards.
What You'll Bring · 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience with a strong piping background. · EPA Universal Certification (required). · OSHA 10/30 certification preferred. · Brazing or welding certifications are a plus. · Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. · Strong mechanical aptitude. · Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various jobsite conditions. · Valid driver's license.
