Nis Air is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to to join our team. In this role, you will take on the important responsibility of expertly maintaining and repairing a variety of systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Your work will primarily take place in light commercial and residential environments. ** $1500 Sign-On Bonus ** Competitive wages based on experience Bonus incentives Consistent work with a thriving customer base Strong company culture as part of a larger organization Year-round training and development opportunities Full benefits with matching 401k Tool purchase program available Competitive hourly wages Consistent work with a thriving customer base Strong company culture as part of a larger organization Year-round training and development opportunities Paid Time Off Health/Dental/Vision Paid Holidays Full benefits with matching 401k Tool purchase program available What You'll Do: Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC and refrigeration systems Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency service calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues Collaborate with team members to improve overall system performance Create accurate records of all work performed - Provide the best possible customer service and client experience What You'll Bring: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Technician Universally certified in refrigerant handling EPA Type II certification required Knowledge of residential and light-commercial HVAC Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Knowledge of property maintenance practices is a plus This position is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening.
