Meet the job
Developers all over the world will use your code when developing state-of-the-art mobile apps for the fintech industry. That’s why you will constantly create stunning products with remarkable user experience and taking care of backward compatibility when designing APIs.
- AI-Enabled iOS Delivery: Actively leverage AI coding assistants, LLM workflows, and automated tooling to accelerate feature development across UI, backend services, and APIs.
- End-to-End Ownership: Deliver production-ready features for the Backbase Digital Banking, from Swift UIKit components to SwiftUI components, to Framework API/ABI delivery.
- Modern iOS Engineering: Write clean, testable, and maintainable Swift code utilizing UIKit, SwiftUI and the Backbase Design System.
- Quality & Performance: Design testable components, run unit/UI/integration test suites, and uphold strict iOS accessibility (a11y), security, and performance standards.
- Agile Collaboration: Work autonomously within a cross-functional Scrum squad (UX, QA, Product Managers) to ship rapid product increments.
How about you
- You’ve earned your stripes designing and building iOS apps, and at least one can be found on the App Store;
- Your friends would define you as the “getting things done” type;
- The Agile philosophy is your lifestyle;
- Your experience with TDD and unit testing and continuous integration such as Bitrise/Github Actions is a big bonus.
