Drain Technician

Summary Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a Licensed Service Plumbers for our Rockwall and Ft. Worth shops. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential plumbing business. The main focus is to ensue plumbing repairs have been done properly and reduce/eliminate the potential for water damage or other potential liabilities. Responsibilities Work directly with homeowners to diagnose and repair sewer and drain issues, actively listening to their concerns and providing expert solutions.

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, building trust and credibility. Competently use conventional sewer machines. Navigate crawl spaces, ditches, and challenging environments. Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while on the road. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
