Houston Licensed Residential Service Electrician

Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is seeking dedicated Licensed Residential Electricians who are able to inspect, diagnose and repair electrical systems, equipment and components to ensure compliance with all electrical codes

Responsibilities

· Participate in weekly huddles with the Electric Service Manager

· Diagnose & repair residential electric applications per Local and National Codes

· Inspect electric systems and equipment for any defects and provide the customer with repair/replacement options

· Communicate daily with dispatch in order to schedule work orders in a timely manner.

· Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

· Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all electrical codes.

· Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects

· Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy objects, crawling through small spaces, and be able to work in the cold and heat
