Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience Install new HVAC systems and replace components as needed Identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions or system upgrades to homeowners Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and system operations clearly Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
