Are you passionate about fine wine and building relationships? We're looking for an On-PremiseSales Representative to grow our premium wine portfolio within restaurants, bars, and hospitality accounts throughout the territory.
In this role, you'll partner with owners, buyers, managers, and staff to develop wine programs, increase distribution, educate customers, and drive sales growth. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and a deep appreciation for fine wine.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with restaurants, bars, and hospitality accounts.
- Drive sales and distribution of premium and fine wine brands.
- Conduct wine tastings, staff trainings, and educational events.
- Collaborate with customers to build wine programs and recommend product selections.
- Identify new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Plan and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales and distribution goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising opportunities, and market trends.
- Participate in supplier events, wine dinners, tastings, and industry functions.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for fine wine and the hospitality industry.
- Proven sales, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of wine regions, varietals, food pairings, and industry trends.
- Prior beverage, hospitality, distribution, or sales experience preferred.
- CSW, CWE, WSET, or related wine certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
