As a Dry Process Operator, you'll play an important role in supporting safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. You'll help monitor production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, support quality efforts, perform inspections, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This position offers variety, hands-on work, and opportunities to learn multiple areas of the operation through cross-training.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and support dry plant operations to maintain production and quality standards.
- Perform workplace inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process flow issues.
- Operate skid steers, material handlers, and other equipment as trained.
- Collect samples and support quality control activities.
- Assist with maintenance tasks and plant improvement efforts.
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
- Communicate with team members to support safe and efficient operations.
- Cross-train and assist in other operational areas as needed.
What You'll Bring

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a mining and processing environment with exposure to dust, noise, varying temperatures, and outdoor conditions. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs and ladders, operate equipment, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection when necessary.
