Warehouse Associate

Badger Mining Corporation is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Kermit Sand Plant. In this role, you will help keep plant operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, tracking, staging, and distributing parts and materials. You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, Plant Buyers, and Accounting to make sure inventory is accurate, properly documented, and available when needed.

What You’ll Do

• · Receive and verify parts and material shipments for accuracy and condition.
• · Enter receipts, transfers, issues, and other inventory transactions accurately and on time.
• · Stock, label, organize, issue, and stage parts and materials for maintenance and production work.
• · Maintain accurate inventory records and complete routine cycle counts.
• · Investigate and resolve inventory, receiving, and shipment discrepancies.
• · Work with Purchasing and Plant Buyers to maintain inventory levels and communicate potential shortages.
• · Coordinate returns, damaged shipments, warranties, and related vendor documentation.
• · Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.
• · Safely operate forklifts, telehandlers, pallet jacks, sweepers, and other assigned equipment after completing BMC-provided training.

What We’re Looking For

• · High school diploma or equivalent.
• · Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• · Ability to accurately enter and manage inventory and warehouse transactions using computer systems.
• · Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.
• · Ability to learn and safely operate assigned warehouse equipment; BMC will provide required training.
• · Previous inventory control, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

This is a full-time, first-shift position. Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required. Candidates must successfully complete required pre-employment testing and receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, climb, bend, and stoop, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
