    • Co-ordinate Investment team activities and internal meetings, ensuring relevant information, materials, systems and data are available and maintained effectively.
    • Build trusted relationships with Investment teams, developing a strong understanding of their priorities and evolving requirements and resolving or escalating issues appropriately.

    Projects, Events & Operational Delivery

    • Co-ordinate and contribute to projects, events, offsites and wider Investment team, Neighbourhood and departmental initiatives, working with others to support effective delivery.
    • Plan and deliver activities involving internal and external stakeholders, including venues, suppliers, visiting speakers and associated logistics, ensuring they are well planned and successfully delivered.
    • Maintain effective operational support for aligned Investment teams, including reporting requirements and supplier payments.

    Collaboration, Improvement & Future Readiness

    • Collaborate across IAPS, Investment Research Services and the wider business, sharing knowledge, resolving issues and strengthening partnerships that support effective Investment team delivery.
    • Identify and implement improvements to ways of working, using business systems, digital tools, AI and automation appropriately to simplify processes, reduce manual activity and improve service quality and efficiency.
    • Be proactive in adopting new technology and ways of working, developing confidence and capability and sharing knowledge and effective practices with colleagues.
    • Contribute operational insight and ideas to the development of the service, responding to evolving Investment team needs and contributing to effective ways of working.

    What success looks like

    • Investment teams receive a reliable, proactive and consistently high-quality service that responds to their priorities and evolving needs.
    • Work is planned and prioritised effectively, with corporate access, projects, events and operational activities delivered accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
    • Trusted relationships are built and maintained with Investment teams, colleagues and external stakeholders through clear, professional and responsive communication.
    • The Co-ordinator contributes to a resilient and collaborative service by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and providing effective cover where required.
    • Ways of working continue to improve, with new tools and technology adopted with curiosity and sound judgement to simplify activity, build capability and create capacity for higher-value support.

    Your knowledge and experience

    • Experience providing high-quality co-ordination, administrative or operational support in a busy environment, ideally supporting senior stakeholders or teams with complex requirements.
    • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage workload, prioritise competing requirements and deliver accurately to agreed timescales.
    • Experience building effective working relationships and communicating professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and sound judgement, with the flexibility to respond as priorities change and escalate issues appropriately.
