As an operator you will aassists in maintaining plant production by making repairs within scope of expertise. Interprets and follows through on work orders following various safe work procedures. Makes mechanical repairs on plant equipment and performs preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis. Learn to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure. Begins to develop expertise in a specialized skill. Works outdoors year-round in all types of weather conditions. Become aware of all safety hazards and follow all safety policies and procedures. Maintains department records.

As an operator, you will be responsible for:

• Support to Manage and run mixing system to mix muds/brine in Liquid mud plan (LMP). Then transferring Brine and muds to vessel and receiving mud brine from Vessel to LMP.
• Support to Manage and run bulk plant (BP) to cut barite / bentonite and fill into silos. Then transfer bulks to vessel and receiving bulk from Vessel to BP.
• Support to Manage to load chemicals and bulk to LMP/Bulk Plant. Communicate with client to form inventory and perform delivery ticket and return ticket.
• Support to Perform and respond for inventory in base. Communicate with coordinator and client to arrange load materials to client as per plan.
• Support for lab activities: take samples, deliver samples to lab/client, assist lab engineer for install move heave (>25kg) equipment’s.
• Support to Respond for HSE activities for whole DCF base.
• Support to Maintenance all equipment in LMP and Bulk Plant and ensure all is working well. Respond to fix if any issue happens.
• Support to Respond to receive import/export chemicals and perform inventory accordingly

To Be Successful in This Role You Will:

• Requires expertise in problem recognition and specialized technical skills to develop solutions and action steps to a wide variety of difficult work assignments .
• 3-5 years of experience in related field.
• Requires some personal initiative and occasional ingenuity, planning or organizing of work .
• Advanced office or technical skills, acquired through a combination of prior training and directly related experience.
• Interacts with peers, supervisor, and internal / external customers.
• May provide advice to lower level team members on medium to large projects .
• Sound decision making and problem solving skills .
• Consequences of errors are easily measured and can be confined.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude, including advanced experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• May work on special projects with peers from other work groups.
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
• Uses drilling experience plus product knowledge to maximize equipment performance.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Sets up, monitors and operates various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
• May operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• May perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements
