We’re looking for an experienced Marine Project Planner to support a busy schedule of vessel repair, maintenance and overhaul projects.

It’s a critical role within our fast paced team and an opportunity to add real value and showcase your expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Build accurate project schedules in MS Project
• Translate vessel specs into detailed, resourced plans
• Allocate labour, materials and equipment
• Track progress + manage risks
• Produce S‑curves, reports and planning documents
• Support bid planning and commercial teams
• Communicate updates across all project stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Marine maintenance/repair/overhaul experience with dry docks
• Strong MS Project skills
• Commercial planning background
• Engineering/shipbuilding experience
• HNC (minimum) — Degree preferred
• Great communication + organisation
