We have 15 convenient locations in the East Bay, North Bay, San Francisco, and Peninsula. Bay Area Foot Care is looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking podiatrist to join our team. Under the direction of the CMO, the Podiatrist provides routine and referral podiatric services to patients.
Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles Perform Wound Care management Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results Prescribes medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery Advise patients about treatments and foot and ankle care techniques necessary for prevention of future problems Provide education/consultation to patients, family, and health care team Provide health promotion and preventive medicine Maintain appropriate medical records on assigned patients
