Podiatrist - Nashville

Balance Health is the largest majority podiatrist owned practice in the country and the nation’s premier comprehensive lower-extremity focused Physician Practice. We are looking for a Surgical Podiatrist to serve our Nashville community at one of several clinics, with plans for continued growth and expansion in the region. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, comfortable performing surgery as well as doing routine care, with a phenomenal bedside manner who treats our patients with exceptional care.

Essential Functions:

Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles Perform surgical procedures as necessary along with wound care management as needed Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results Prescribe medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery Advise patients about treatments and foot and ankle care techniques necessary for prevention of future problems Provide education/consultation to patients, family, and health care team Provide health promotion and preventive medicine Appropriately maintains medical records on assigned patients Compensation /

Benefits:

• Competitive physician salary program with a base ($150,000 - $600,000) + percentage of net collections.
