Join Bally’s Intralot as a Systems Engineer!
Your Role: As a Systems Engineer at Bally’s Intralot, you will take a key role in managing Linux Systems within the dynamic gaming industry!
Here's what you'll be doing:
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of systems and services
Participate in the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure
Configure storage, servers, fabric switches and systems, Microsoft servers (Cluster Services, File Services, Active directory Services, Certificate Authority services), Virtual Infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup systems
Deploy new operating systems and features, middle ware applications as well as provide enhancements to existing applications and software
Support and maintain modern IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services
To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:
University/College Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant technology field.
3-5 years of IT-related experience.
Excellent experience in development, systems’ implementation and applications
Good Knowledge of OS (LINUX, AIX, Kubernetes), especially:
Linux System administration (RHEL and derivates + Ubuntu)
UNIX System administration (AIX)
Container and Container orchestration platform administration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices
Experience in ticketing systems (Jira)
Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.
