Serves as a liaison to families serviced by the Infants and Toddlers Program. Assists with coordination and the implementation of services to children and families. Ensures that services comply with the Individualized Family Service Plans. Ensures that all initiatives support the system-wide goals and strategic plan. Performs other duties as assigned.
