We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused BI and Systems Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising business intelligence tools and business systems that support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly data visualizations that translate business requirements into meaningful insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting, analytics, and system requirements.
- Extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, working with relevant teams to improve source data and business processes.
- Provide administration, user access management, and troubleshooting support for CRM systems and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Maintain and enhance PowerApps applications and Power Automate flows to meet business needs.
- Support end users, resolve system issues, and help ensure platform security and performance.
- Identify opportunities to integrate systems, automate workflows, and improve data flows, tools, and processes across departments.
- Stay informed of platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure your safety and the safety of those around you by following all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in BI/reporting development, including dashboard and report creation (QlikSense / PowerBI).
- Strong SQL skills, including querying, data transformation, and working with data models.
- Ability to design clear, accurate, and user-friendly data models, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate is advantageous.
- Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, or related technologies are advantageous.
