Provides advanced nursing care for patients requiring complex assessments, therapies, and high-intensity interventions.
Analyzes assessment data to anticipate changes and respond quickly to evolving patient conditions.
Prioritizes critical information to take immediate, evidence-based, patient-focused action.
Monitors and manages specialized equipment and interprets data such as cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic pressures.
Responds to emergencies and life-threatening situations according to established protocols and standards of care.
Assesses patient needs, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, and advocates for patients and families.
Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while coordinating and delegating patient care activities.
Documents care accurately and maintains clinical competency while modeling professionalism and supporting departmental goals.
