Baptist Health is looking for a System Informatics Pharmacist Specialist to join our Central Pharmacy Team! This is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in KY or IN, other states may be considered.

The Informatics Pharmacist Specialist uses knowledge of information technology (IT) systems and medication use process to improve patient care by supporting technologies that lead to safer, more cost-effective medication use.

This role includes automation and technology systems management, management of projects, and training and education. The Informatics Pharmacist Specialist supports pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members as the resource for requests related to pharmacy system changes. The position requires thorough knowledge of pharmacy practice, pharmacy automation, clinical information systems, and pharmacy computer systems.
