Baptist Medical Center is currently looking for a Pharmacist to join our Hospital at Home team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time opportunity working a 7-on/7-off coverage model from 7:00am - 6:00pm.
This Pharmacist will be checking patient orders, authorizations, dispensing medications, will be supervising technicians, and consulting with other medical staff on medication and regimens. This Pharmacist will have the autonomy to work independently. A Pharmacists license in the State of Florida is required as well as In-Patient Hospital Pharmacy experience. IV Room/ Infusion experience and a completed PGY1 is preferred, but not required.

A Pharmacist license within the State of Florida is required. In-Patient Hospital Pharmacy Experience is preferred and PGY1 Residency is preferred.
