Baptist Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in our Imaging department at Baptist South, located in Jacksonville, FL. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work with an experienced, collaborative imaging team while making a difference in the lives of patients and families. This is a PRN varied shifts opportunity.
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for providing patients with radioactive medication and operating imaging technology to track the radiation within the patient’s body. Their duties include sterilizing syringes, preparing patients for a scan, and processing image reports that indicate the presence of disease. Experience with geriatric and cardiac patients preferred.
