You will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical talent, with a primary focus on engineering and science-related positions, from proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline development through offer acceptance. In this role, you will spend significant time identifying and engaging talent, building relationships with prospective candidates, and developing strong candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. You will help hiring teams navigate the selection process, contribute to a positive and consistent candidate experience, and support Barr's strategic growth while developing recruiting expertise and taking on increasing responsibility over time.

    • Selection and hiring coordination: Facilitate pre- and post-interview meetings with hiring teams, coordinate with stakeholders throughout the process, and support offer development and delivery in partnership with the senior recruiter and business unit HR team.

    • Stakeholder collaboration: Build relationships with hiring teams and conduct regular follow-ups to assess current candidates, hiring needs, and the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Collaborate with the senior recruiter, business unit stakeholders, and the business unit HR team and participate in staffing and business meetings to learn about the business and share recruiting best practices.

    • Process improvement: Support tracking recruitment metrics and analyzing recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes. Stay current with recruiting trends and practices and participate in recruiting-related process improvements and special projects.
