This position plays an important role in protecting client trust and supporting responsible growth across our architecture, engineering, and construction management entities, giving you the opportunity to influence strategy at both project and enterprise levels.

    • Negotiate complex design, EPC, design-build, and construction management contracts with clients and project partners

    • Advise project teams on risk mitigation, project selection, and delivery methodology

    • Support business development through proactive contract strategy and direct client engagement

    • Guide project teams through legal and risk considerations from kickoff through close-out

    • Manage dispute resolution matters, including client discussions, liens, mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlements

    • Coordinate with insurers and outside counsel on professional liability, builder's risk, and construction-specific insurance matters

    • Support licensing, corporate governance, and risk management strategy across Design Group entities
