What Our Veterinary Assistants Do

• Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Safely restrain animals and provide compassionate patient care
• Support the medical team in delivering efficient, high-quality veterinary care
• Clean and disinfect exam rooms, kennels, and equipment
• Feed, walk, and monitor hospitalized or boarding patients
• Prepare supplies and treatment areas for patient care
• Help maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
• Support daily clinic operations and collaborate with teammates to keep the day running smoothly
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and fellow team members
