As we expand our Liberty office, we’re launching a Civil Engineer Apprenticeship to grow local talent right here at home. What You’ll Do
- Support senior engineers in planning, design, and supervising earthworks, roadway, drainage, and utility projects.
- Assist with on‑site surveying, staking, and inspections.
- Draft plans and technical documents in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or related tools.
- Help prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and project reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, local officials, and vendors.
- Attend team meetings; follow-up on assigned action items. ⸻ Requirements
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Civil/Construction Engineering or similar program.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, safety-conscious, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to work outdoors (weather conditions may vary) and travel to job sites near Liberty, TX.
