Position Overview

The Spa Attendant is the heartbeat of the guest experience - creating a serene, welcoming, and impeccably maintained environment. Shifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days, evenings & weekends. 

Wage: $20 per hour

Positions  - we are currently recruiting for 4 Spa Attendants 

Working conditions -  a combination of indoor and outdoor duties

Start date - ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.
• Assist spa therapists and other team members with client needs before and after treatments.
• Provide guests with information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Answer any questions guests may have, offering recommendations or directing them to appropriate staff when needed.
• Maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the spa at all times.
• Assisting with the open and closing of the spa areas. 

Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, pool side, relaxation areas, and locker rooms.
• Ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor the spa’s facilities to ensure they are in proper working order, reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Sales & Inventory

• Assist with preparing towels, robes and linens for laundry.
• Restock and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and water.
• Support special events or spa promotions as directed by the Spa Manager.

 Requirements 

• Prior experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with spa staff.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
