Location: 5111 Transit Rd. Depew, NY 14043
Pay Range: $60,000-$85,000/yr
What You'll do:
- Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in a professional, friendly manner
- Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using dealership software
- Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and internal team members regarding repair plans and timelines
- Review and verify parts pricing, labor times, and repair procedures
- Maintain strong follow-up on repair status, approvals, and customer updates
- Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with OEM repair standards and collision industry guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair procedure
What We're Looking For:
- Previous collision repair estimator experience required
- NYS Estimator license required
- Prior experience working in CDK preferred
- Experience using CCC estimating platform required
- Mechanical and suspension knowledge a plus
- Strong understanding of auto-body repair processes and insurance procedures
- Excellent communication, phone, computer, time management & administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- The ability to work a full-time 5-day work week that will include occasional Saturdays
