Clinic Medical Asst/LPN

Responsible for assisting patients to patient exam rooms, obtaining and documenting needed data, prior authorizations and referral processing as needed, assisting provider as directed, and maintenance of a clean and safe work environment. Responsible for phlebotomy and performance of diagnostic tests.

Experience and Education:

Minimum:

• Certification in Medical Assistant program or
• Licensed in Practical Nursing
• Recent clinic or medical office experience.
• Must have proficiency of computer and ability to utilize electronic health record system.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations and DME preferred but not required.
• Good working knowledge of medications beneficial.
