Your Purpose as a Service Valet:

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve Lexus guest vehicles while treating every vehicle with the highest level of care and respect.
• Welcome every Lexus guest with a warm, professional demeanor, creating an exceptional first and lasting impression with every interaction.
• Provide prompt and efficient vehicle pick-up and delivery services, ensuring a seamless Lexus ownership experience throughout each service visit.
• Assist Lexus Service Advisors by coordinating vehicle movements, communicating vehicle status updates, and supporting an efficient, guest-focused service drive.
• Transport Lexus vehicles to and from off-site locations when needed while following all safety guidelines.
• Represent the Lexus brand by maintaining a polished, professional presence and delivering the premium level of hospitality our guests expect.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members to ensure every Lexus service experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable.
