    Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery (Małopolskie and Podkarpackie Voivodeships)

    Take ownership of customer portfolio or territory in Kraków - Małopolskie voivodeship, working with customers and healthcare professionals to improve commercial growth and patient care. As Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery (Małopolskie and Podkarpackie Voivodeships), you’ll combine hands-on delivery with the judgement to prioritise issues, solve problems and keep important work moving.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • We are looking for an Advanced Surgery Sales Rep which is responsible for driving new account development and/or expanding existing accounts including current and future Advanced products within an established geographic territory.

    • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers including surgeons, nurse’s operating room staff and hospital administration.

    • Developing and implementing sales strategies with focus at the local and regional levels to defend and expand product portfolio.

    • Monitoring product sales and work closely with Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Attending regional and local Surgical Conferences.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Maintaining and increasing on label usage of Baxter products through presence in the surgical suite, in-servicing and educational presentations Throughout the various surgical specialties.

    • Providing feedback regarding product simplification and standardization to enhance profitability of sales line.

    • The successful candidate should have demonstrated experience in surgical specialties.

    • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required.

    • Business Acumen - knowledgeable about products and processes; is aware of how sales strategies and tactics work in the marketplace; knows the competition.

    • Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and effectively; promotes a free flow of information through the organization; proactively shares information within and across organization; listens actively.

    It would be great if you also have…

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device/healthcare preferably within an operating room environment.

    • Valid driver’s license is required.

    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 144 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
