    • Ability to work on-site in the Bloomsburg office five days per week.
    • Ability to travel throughout Columbia, Montour, and Northumberland counties.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Experience leading a healthcare, home care, clinical services, or similarly complex operational team.
    • Experience with survey preparedness, quality assurance, performance improvement, and regulatory expectations.
    • Experience growing client and employee census through community engagement, marketing, and referral development.
    • Experience leading through team change, turnover, or periods of operational transition.

The ideal candidate is a bold, high-energy leader who brings grit, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose to the work. You are comfortable holding people accountable while building trust, developing talent, and recognizing the contributions of others. You are creative and determined when facing obstacles, flexible when circumstances change, and energized by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients, employees, and the surrounding community.
