We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director for a large-scale project in a real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the Project’s strategy.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- Manage the Project’s resources, including financial, human, and physical assets.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Full management of the project, ensure all project deadlines and budgets are met. Full responsibility for the financial model of the Project.
- Coordinate all project stages from concept to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
Team Coordination
- Lead and manage teams involved in the construction project.
- Oversee the plant team responsible for production relocation.
- Coordinate with international real estate design consultants and new production design consultants.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing the big-scale real estate development projects.
- Knowledge and experience in the residential and/or commercial real estate sector.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with international consultants and contractors.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
- Higher education in finance, business, construction, project management, or a related field.
- Fluent English is a must.
