Sales Manager - Larnaca

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Russian-speaking Sales Manager to join our team in Larnaca. 

Main tasks and responsibilities: 

• Drive the sales of bbf: properties within the Cypriot market.
• Full management of the sales of bbf: own developments in Larnaca.
• Build and maintain relationships with the agency network.
• Be the face of the company during events, presenting in front of crowds as needed.
• Meet personal and business sales targets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
• Knowledge of the Cypriot market is key.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
• Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English; Greek will be an advantage.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
• Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
• Excellent oratory skills and ability to present in front of a crowd.
