Sales Representative - Paphos

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and more. As bbf: expands, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive sales performance across our real estate portfolio in Paphos region.

Main tasks and responsibilities: 

• Drive the sales of bbf: properties within the Paphos region of Cyprus.
• Full management of the sales of bbf: own developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with the agency network.
• Be the face of the company during events, presenting in front of crowds as needed.
• Meet personal and business sales targets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
• Fluency in English is key, with Russian as a major advantage.
• Solid understanding of the Cyprus real estate market and its key client, agent and partner channels would be considered a strong advantage.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
• Confident negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Excellent oratory skills and ability to present in front of a crowd.
