Schedule: Year-Round Position with School-Based Hours and Opportunities for Extended Breaks
Are you passionate about helping children and adolescents overcome challenges and thrive both academically and emotionally? Join our School-Based Services team and provide accessible mental health care directly within local school districts.
As a School-Based Therapist, you'll build meaningful relationships with students, families, and school staff while delivering counseling, crisis support, and care coordination services that positively impact student success. You'll work collaboratively with educators and community partners to reduce barriers to learning and ensure students receive the support they need to reach their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for both provisionally licensed and independently licensed clinicians who are passionate about serving rural communities and making a lasting impact.

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or another licensure-eligible behavioral health field.
Must hold or be working toward one of the following Missouri licenses:
