As a Manager Accountancy, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our local presence, expand our network and develop strong partnerships with entrepreneurs and organisations in the Leuven region. With your experience and leadership, you’ll play a key role in growing both our clients and our people.

What will you be doing?

You'll lead a team of talented professionals while managing a diverse client portfolio. Your days include:

• Building strategic client partnerships through regular visits, becoming their trusted advisor on decisions that matter
• Coaching and developing talent while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
• Driving new business opportunities by actively participating in developing projects and services
• Sharing expertise through seminars, conferences, and publications

What do you bring to the table?

You’re looking to make a difference, we’re looking for the following elements to help you get there.

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economic
• ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey)
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus
• Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic
• Familiarity with the Leuven region and a natural ability to broaden your network
