What will you be doing?
As a Manager Daily Banking at BDO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing back-office operations, streamlining customer onboarding experiences, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Some of the exciting responsibilities you'll undertake include:
- Optimizing back-office operations: Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Enhancing customer onboarding journeys: Incorporating AML & ESG criteria to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Streamlining new product acquisition processes: Simplifying account opening and card creation procedures.
- Improving customer support processes: Enhancing support services to meet evolving customer needs.
- Driving digital transformation: Leveraging new technologies for eID verification, digital identity wallets, and authentication.
- Leading projects and change management activities: Guiding successful transformations and mentoring junior consultants.
- Proactively seeking new clients and projects: Collaborating with clients and participating in the sales process to expand our footprint in the market.
What do you bring to the table?
We're seeking candidates who:
- Have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or a related industry.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in customer servicing, back-office operations, and customer on & offboarding.
- Have experience with preparing & implementing near- & offshoring strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in electronic identification & authentication (e.g., ItsMe, eIDAS).
- Understand the impact of ESG on customer relations and can conduct gap analyses for regulatory compliance.
- Excel in analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exhibit strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Are fluent in Dutch or French as a native language, with very good proficiency in the other and fluency in English.
- Have experience in opening conversations with clients on new project opportunities and coordinating large RFPs.
- Can support and guide less experienced colleagues during projects.
