Location: Woodcrest Villa Compensation: $19.00 to $21.65 / hourly
Current Opening:
Full-time (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Includes rotating weekends and holidays
The Housekeeping Aide performs various housekeeping duties to ensure TANDEM LIVING maintains a high level of cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
A valid PA driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience is required.
Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Thoroughly cleans resident's rooms/apartments/villas as assigned and/or prior to a new admission/move-in.
Thoroughly cleans and refills supplies in all public areas and public restrooms.
Cleans insides/outsides of windows/doors.
Uses step stool/ladder to change out all types of curtains and to clean light fixtures as needed.
Uses small carpet spotter on carpet spots/upholstery as needed.
Follows regular cleaning rotation checklists and schedules. Completes required paperwork.
Works with minimal supervision. Demonstrates good time management skills to ensure all assignments get completed before end of shift.
Responds to all emails and calls over radio.
Operates TANDEM LIVING company vehicle as needed.
