Those same qualities – patience, empathy, reliability – can make a huge difference to people who want to stay independent at home. You’ll join a dedicated care team working across LS14 and LS15 area of Leeds, supporting people at home with personal care and social support.

We offer shift pay, not pay-per-call - meaning you’re paid continuously from your first visit to your last.
Shift patterns (2-week rota):

Your paid induction will give you plenty of time to find your feet. You’ll spend one week in the classroom (Monday–Friday) learning the essentials, including two days shadowing with experienced colleagues out in the community, and additional E-learning modules.
