    About the Role

    We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Recruiter to be the founding member of our recruiting team owning the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions.

    Overview

    • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company
    • Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently
    • Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements, business priorities, and defined competencies
    • Build trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders — advising on tradeoffs, and bringing data and market intelligence that sharpens hiring decisions
    • Own our ATS (Greenhouse) as the go-to expert 
    • Create recruiting dashboards to track progress and manage overall candidate flow

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
    • Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes
    • Strong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a high bar for execution
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressure
    • Consultative, data-informed approach — bringing market intelligence, competitive insights, and pipeline analytics to every hiring manager conversation
    • Proficiency with AI recruiting tools, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Recruitment & Strategy

    • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process—from intake calls and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing—across various roles and departments.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team structures, talent needs, and key role requirements to build targeted hiring strategies.
    • Proactively source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and industry networks.

    Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

    • Deliver a high-touch, memorable candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged at every stage of the funnel.
    • Educate and partner with hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview tactics, market trends, and SLA commitments.
    • Conduct thorough screen interviews to assess qualifications, alignment with company values, and candidate motivations.

    Scheduling & Operations

    • Manage interview scheduling and coordination (e.g., phone screens, interviews loops, debriefs), maintaining a smooth and efficient process.
    • Maintain rigorous ATS hygiene in Greenhouse, tracking candidate progress, interview feedback, and recruitment analytics.
    • Ensure clear, proactive written and verbal communications with candidates, interview panels, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to pivot, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve scheduling or process bottlenecks efficiently.

    Reports to: VP, People

    Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid in office 2-3 days/week)

    Total Compensation Range: $140,000 - $160,000 (+ annual performance bonus)
